For prescription medications, a current prescription from one of our veterinarians is required. In some cases, we may need to see your pet in person before dispensing. Legislation requires that a veterinarian examine your pet at least every six months to continue prescribing medication to ensure the prescribed medication is still appropriate, effective, and in your pet’s best interest.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process your order. We’ll let you know by phone or SMS as soon as it’s ready for collection. Payment can be made in-clinic or over the phone, whichever suits you best.
